Uniting Our Five Companies Under One Brand Name

As part of the launch of our new Hale Holdings website and brand, we’re making a simple but important update to how we refer to our family of companies.

Moving forward, Hale Holdings will serve as the umbrella parent company representing our family of companies, including Quick Supply Co., Bennett Explosives, ASP Enterprises, Bowman Construction Supply, and Cascade Geosynthetics.

The Hale Holdings name represents the three generations – Ralph Hale, John Hale & Mike Hale – of the Hale family business and serves as the foundation that unites us through shared leadership, values, and support.

What’s changing:

• You will see a new email signature that features a Hale Holdings logo and a link to our Hale Holdings website for employees who support all our companies. This includes our Finance, IT, HR, Procurement & Logistics, and Marketing teams.

What’s not changing:

• Each company will continue operating under its existing brand and name.
• There are no changes to company ownership, structure, billing or payments.
• Your existing contacts and relationships remain the same.

Our companies will continue operating locally with the same commitment to responsiveness, expertise and customer service that you know and trust. Through Hale Holdings and our shared teams, we’re able to leverage our collective strength to support each other, grow our businesses, and better serve our customers, vendors and employees.
